By default, original paintings are sold without a frame. Choose your own frame that fits well with the painting and the location where it will be presented.

Yes, we ship worldwide, but we print locally by making use of the "Gelato print and shipping network". Gelato offers local production in 30 countries thanks to their network of 100+ print partners and they automatically route orders using an advanced algorithm, taking into account multiple factors. Most of the times, the algorithm chooses the closest print partner to the shipping location, but rarely it will be routed to a print partner in another country and shipped internationally. Around 95% of the orders are produced locally, thus reducing carbon emissions! This automated routing system allows great flexibility to handle supply chain disruptions. At the same time, it means that it's not possible to choose where your orders will be produced. To ensure the entire shipping process is smooth, automated and fast - most of the orders are delivered within 72 hours!
We deliver to more than 200 countries and territories and have local printing in all major regions. Even if we have local production in a country, some products might still be produced in a different country due to production limitations or other reasons and shipped across borders. Customs fees may apply based on local regulations when we ship internationally across borders. If an order is produced locally in the same country of delivery no customs fees will be added.
For many products, such as posters, frames, hangers, canvas and mugs, we do offer flat rate shipping, which means that we charge the same amount to ship to all countries within each geographical area. For all the other products, shipping prices might be different for each country and differ depending on the shipping method available.
The delivery time is determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:
The product ordered
The print location
The destination country
The size of the order
The status of the network
The shipping method selected
Most packages are delivered 72 hours after the order has been placed and confirmed. This is thanks to the fact that today we print locally in 30 countries.

December 2020: Due to the current pandemic and holiday season, shipping carriers are experiencing an increase in volume and delays, and some of your orders will take longer to arrive than expected. Please ensure you place your orders as soon as possible to get them on time.
We work with 30+ shipping providers around the world. The shipping provider used depends on several factors including the country of production, the country of delivery, the shipping method selected, and more. A list of our distribution partners can be found below. Please note that this is subject to change.

Based on their experience shipping millions of orders worldwide and supported by their customer feedback, they have defined the most efficient and damage-resistant ways to package the products to ensure compliance with local shipping requirements as well as the lowest damage rate.
Frames and framed posters
The frames come pre-packed with corners and film and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).
The posters are packaged separately in an inner paperboard folder (max 10 posters in one inner folder).
Canvas, Acrylic/Metal prints
These products are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the item in bubble plastic/craft for additional protection. Example of packaging below:
Acrylic will be covered with a protective film on the face of the image, this film will vary in colour depending upon supplier & it could be milky, green or blue typically. These protective films can be mistaken for scratches, bubbles or a coloured cast to a print/glass.
Cards (small quantities)
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included in the e-mail. We send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order.
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products, get in touch within 15 days after receipt and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
If your claim is validated by us, we will send a new product to you as quickly as possible or offer a full refund for the defective order.
